Liz established her sports and remedial massage therapy clinic in October 2007. She has built her clientele using her recreational sports background with a desire to understand how the body can restore, recover and relax with the art of massage. Massage is for everyone not just athletes. Liz has clients from teens to 80 years old and incorporates a variety of different techniques including traditional thai, swedish and gentle mobilisations. No two bodies are ever the same and no two massages should be either.
